This is an online tutoring program available to K-12 students for free through the Library. With your library card, you can connect with expert tutors from 3:00-10:00 pm, 7 days a week. Tutors can help you finish your homework, study for your next test or help with essay writing.

 This rich resource includes thousands of full-text articles, electronic books, downloadable audiobooks, and specialized databases covering topics such as history and genealogy, business and investing, education and psychology, health and medicine, and literature and art. It also includes a collection of reference books covering a wide range of subject areas.  Of special interest to children:
  • NCPedia - an online encyclopedia about North Carolina, containing information about the state, its history, people, government, and educational institutions.
  • SIRS Discoverer - Includes articles, primary sources, websites and graphics on almost any subject.
